Briefing Session

You pitch your product to our team. After your pitch, we give you a list of questions to help us understand your company’s product and vision. We create a board where we can collaborate and gather the elements to create your brand marketing strategy and GTM plan.

Brand positioning & Brand Story

Once your briefing elements are approved, we’ll start your Brand Positioning and Brand Story with desk market research, competitive analysis, and, if possible or necessary, 3-4 in-depth interviews with consumers.

Based on this work and your vision, we create a message and a brand positioning. These form the core of your brand’s name development, design, and communication campaign.

At the end of this stage, you get a presentation of up to 30 slides with your brand positioning, brand story, and a slogan/tagline of the brand.

Naming & Identity

Naming is a very important part of your brand. We’ll work with everything you have and improve it if necessary.

Brand Identity is about how you represent yourself visually: colors, fonts, composition, and logo. We’ll work closely with you to help you choose an identity, and then finalize it into your brand guidebook. If your product is digital, we'll show you how your identity fits seamlessly across different screens.

Launch Plan & Development of Creative Materials

Immediately after the Brand Positioning, we develop a stage-by-stage startup launch strategy, which includes the development of communication channels, a structure of communication stages, success metrics (KPIs), and a work plan for each channel.

We then create communication materials such as banners, video scripts, motion graphics, and designs for your owned media (social networks, YouTube channel, etc.). We’ll also help you find and brief any necessary contractors.

Separately, we provide a refreshed pitch deck for your review

In the end, we fine-tune your pitch deck according to your new brand marketing strategy and design to make sure that it represents your new brand.
